Alvina Rein, an American, has always been a highly attractive girl, but she also battled depression. She chose enticing but unhealthy food to «jam» her concerns and prevent herself from becoming too focused on her mental state.

She had a wonderful opportunity to fully organize herself a few years ago, but it came pretty suddenly. Alvina already had two children at the time, and her husband had come up with nothing else to call the girl than “a big pig.”

The girl was extremely offended by this attitude from a close relative. She split up with her husband as a result, even though he incessantly warned her that if he left her, she would be left alone because no one needed a girl like her.

Alvina initially cut back on the amount of carbohydrates in her diet and stopped eating any flour. She shed 5 kilograms within a few weeks as a result, therefore it was worthwhile. She was inspired to keep working harder by this outcome, so she headed to the gym.
