800lb Bride Discovers Love Anew Post Weight Loss

An 800lb bride faced heartbreak when her fiancé left her post a significant weight loss. Now, she has rediscovered love, aspiring to reclaim the title of America’s largest bride.

In 2013, 36-year-old Susanne Eman of Arizona shed pounds, reaching 450, in preparation for her wedding to chef Parker Clack. She even had a colossal wedding gown made. However, days before the wedding, Clack, unhappy with her weight loss, called off the marriage.

Despite a $90,000 income as a Big Beautiful Woman (BBW), the 800lb bride entered a slimming clinic due to her children’s health concerns. The perfect plans shattered when Clack ended their engagement. “Everything was supposed to be perfect, and then he split,” Susanne lamented to Inside Edition. Dumped and discontent with her smaller figure, Susanne decided to regain the lost weight, quickly reaching 600 pounds.

However, along with her former size, she also discovered a new love.

Her new partner, 36-year-old chef Nick Abbate, shares similarities with her previous fiancé. Nick, once morbidly obese, now weighs 168 pounds, creating a unique love story of transformation.

Abbate, an author on weight loss and nutrition, insists Susanne shouldn’t shed a single pound. He finds her irresistibly sexy and attractive, expressing his love for her just as she is.

The couple, who connected online, revel in Abbate’s joy of preparing large meals for Susanne. Despite her goal to become the heaviest woman in America, Abbate supports her desire to indulge in food. Sharing his perspective with Inside Edition, Abbate mentions Susanne’s love for eating, emphasizing her enjoyment of food.

Susanne Eman gained public attention in 2011 when she expressed her ambition to become the world’s heaviest woman.

At that time, weighing slightly over 750 pounds, she and her then-fiancé, Chef Clack, aimed for a staggering target weight of 1600 pounds within the next decade. After meeting online, Parker moved in with Susanne and her sons, Brendin (15) and Gabriel (19), within months of exchanging emails.

Susanne, unemployed at the time, described their match as heavenly: “We are a match made in heaven. I love eating and Parker loves cooking. He loves larger women and sees how happy I am when I’m eating. His cooking skills were definitely part of the attraction. How could I resist a man with talents in the kitchen?”

Engaged and aiming for a record, Susanne and Parker prepared for their wedding. Inside Edition featured their extravagant plans, including an XXXXXXXXXL wedding dress with 42 feet of chiffon.

Preparing for her final fitting, Susanne indulged in colossal breakfasts—pancakes, Belgian waffles, hash browns, sausage, steak, and a 12-egg omelet. On the seamstress appointment day, she stopped for snacks, arriving with guacamole bacon cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, tacos, a chocolate shake, and a large Coke.

Reaching her peak at 800 pounds, Susanne’s sons, concerned for her health, convinced her to abandon the life-threatening mission. She opted for lifestyle changes.

In June 2012, Susanne entered a weight-loss clinic, restricted to 1,500 calories and up to five hours of daily exercise. Her health improved, but her relationship with fiancé Parker suffered due to her diminishing size.

The couple split in October 2012. Despite reaching 450 pounds by March 2013, Susanne continued her weight loss journey after checking out of the facility.
