80-year-old Robert De Niro, who recently became a father for the seventh time, burst into tears while talking about late parenthood.
The character actor rarely gives interviews, much less on the topic of fatherhood, so when reading Robert De Niro’s latest conversation with AARP magazine, fans didn’t believe that the conversation was genuine. After all, lately the news about the already dubious relationship of the 80-year-old star with the mother of 9-month-old Gia has been disappointing . Robert is well aware that 80 is a respectable age, and therefore tries not to think about the future – neither his own nor Gia’s. “When she grows up, who knows what will happen to me? I try to enjoy those sweet moments when she looks at me, thinks, observes…” said Robert.
