The total area of the house is about 89 square feet, with a length of 10 feet and a width of about 5 and a half feet. There is electricity but no plumbing, so there isn’t a sink or shower yet.
I liked the minimalism, and I wanted a property without a sizable mortgage, said Luke.
Several people were interested after Luke posted numerous videos explaining the concept on his YouTube channel.
Luke’s parents give him a lot of support, but dad Greg made sure that Luke would pay for the majority of expenses on his own.
It was an opportunity for a child to do something other than play video games or play sports, according to Greg. It imparts wisdom for living.
Every teenager’s fantasy home is their haven for quiet time and privacy. It has a loft with a bed, a microwave, and a TV. Oh, yes! Even a BBQ grill is in the back!
Luke completes his homework in his own home, where he is also permitted to spend the night.
This kind of an aspiration as a kid will take him far off the coast later in life! No matter their age, it is also his intention to inspire others.
