He even claimed “graveyards full of them” exist. However, he believes he should have passed way before they did. “Why am I the last man standing?” he asked in confusion. He said:
“I’m not boasting about any of it because I should have been dead a thousand times. I’ve had my stomach pumped. God knows how many times.”

In 2019, Osbourne faced a challenging incident—a fall that exacerbated complications stemming from a pre-existing spinal injury. To address this issue, he underwent multiple medical procedures, including the removal of two metal plates that had been securely fastened to his spine. Throughout this journey, Osbourne encountered a particularly distressing episode
marked by intense nerve pain, leading him to earnestly pray for the relief of not waking up the next morning.

Despite marked improvements in his condition, Osbourne continues to grapple with occasional challenges to his mobility. Describing the sensation as akin to walking with bricks tied to his feet, he acknowledges the ongoing hurdles he faces.

Two months ago, the iconic performer made a significant announcement, stating that he was undergoing what he anticipated to be his final neck surgery. Driven by a resolute decision to cease further surgical interventions, Osbourne is determined to embrace the outcomes of this procedure with finality.

In a revelation that surprised many, Osbourne disclosed his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in 2003 during a period of rehabilitation. He chose to keep this information from the media until early 2020. Fortunately, his battle with Parkinson’s remains in a mild state, with manageable struggles as he confronts the ongoing journey.

Guided by the support of his daughter, Osbourne has embraced a more active lifestyle and endeavors to maintain his mental well-being through the use of antidepressants. In addition to this, he adheres to a regimen of medications tailored to address the challenges posed by Parkinson’s disease.

Despite the ongoing health struggles, Osbourne approaches the concept of mortality with remarkable courage. Rather than harboring a fear of death, his primary concern revolves around avoiding a prolonged state of misery accompanied by persistent pain. With a pragmatic outlook, he envisions a decade of life remaining and is determined to seize every moment, living life to the fullest until the last.
