Mother Cow Keeps Hiding Her Newborn Calf To Prevent Her From Being Taken Away

Every day, a mother cow named Clarabelle would hide her calf away in a different place in hopes that no one would find her baby and take her away.

Clarabelle’s fear came from her years on a dairy farm before she was rescued by Edgar’s Mission Farm Sanctuary.

They write, “Bless this sweet girl, who, having had each successive calf taken from her shortly after it was born, was determined this one would be ‘hers’.”
